Pursuing it, I've had the privilege of instigating, designing and delivering award-winning training and coaching experiences for global blue-chip organisations in Europe, North America and APAC that have impacted over 100,000 people. Over the last 17 years I’ve worked with senior bankers and consultants, fashionistas and luxury retailers, regulators and policy makers. I have many stories - and scars (!) - to prove it. I’m a Cambridge grad, Founder, business and commercial leader, master facilitator and trainer, professional coach, husband, uncle, yogi and (according to a former client) ‘compassionate agitator’.

 

​My current focus is building ‘next generation’ Business Executives and Commercial Leaders. Dramatically expanding your capacity to achieve, succeed, serve, connect, include, support, relax, learn, grow, heal and flourish is what gets me out of bed. Doing this, I bring a signature playfulness, passion and rigour combined with a deep calm developed over two decades training my mind in the wisdom traditions.

 

A couple of fun facts: My Buddhist name is Yeshe Dorje, which means ‘Diamond Wisdom’. I was also once referred to as “my beautiful boy” by Donatella Versace.
